When a reservation is made, a deposit of $100/night per cabin and/or $50/night per tent is collected. If a reservation is cancelled six weeks (>42 calendar days) before your scheduled stay, a refund will be issued for half of the original deposit. Cancellation of your reservation made within the six weeks (41 days or less) prior to your scheduled stay will result in complete loss of the deposit. Any modifications to a multi-night reservation, that result in cancellation of one or more days, will result in loss of deposit for those cancelled nights. Additionally, deposits for cancelled stays cannot be carried over to the next season. No exceptions will be made to the Deposit and Cancellation Policy.
