DINNER

Our dinners are fairly extravagant, but in a casual setting for the hikers just coming off the trail.  Every night we provide bread, soup, salad, entree and dessert.  All of the salad dressings, desserts, and a variety of breads are homemade by the chefs.  The menu changes daily, to give you a little surprise at the end of the day!

 

The dinners are served family style at two long tables.  We feel this is a good way for everyone to get to know their neighbors, and you never know, you might meet a long lost cousin!
